Does anyone believe that psychics are accurate about your future?
I’ve paid lots of money for my psychic readings.

Suggestion by sandra_k19
No. I do believe they get lucky once and a while.

Suggestion by skippy
really, why do you want to know the future so badly, wheres the fun in life if you already know the end. and the futeure has not happened yet so to be accurate about something that hasnt happened to me seems absurd, i do beleive they can pick up vibrations about what has or is happening tho.

Suggestion by Andres Montoya
Try not giving them any feedback and see how good they are. I believe people can be accurate but those people are usually beyond charging money.

Who are some famous psychics who have made accurate predictions?
Some really really amazing psychics would help

Suggestion by Herodotus
All of them have. They dozens, even hundreds of predictions every year, with a very low average of accuracy.

Suggestion by Pangel ((((((HUGS))))))
in my opinion….
making predictions is not what a good psychic is about
predictions can be self fulfilled…. they are not evidence as far as readings go
I prefer a good past and present reading that I can see results for and that cannot be altered

there have been some amazing predictions made though
usually by people who dont do readings
but during sleep or in meditation or whatever … they have visions

the best one in my opinion was about the Titanic
the story is great

How can I tell how accurate a psychic reading was?
I just got a psychic reading over the phone and I want to know if I should follow the advice. How do I tell the accuracy of the psychic without blindly following the advice?

Suggestion by Slam J
First off, psychics are for ENTERTAINMENT. You probably never want to follow the advice blindly. However, if your really curious about how accurate a ‘psychic’ is, check the resource below.

You can usually research the individual or company online nowadays.

Suggestion by mycathouse
Call another psychic and ask them if they can predict whether the first psychic was right?

Suggestion by Joey
psychics have already been proven to be frauds…don’t waste any more of your money and make your own choices in life.

Have you ever had a very accurate psychic reading?
first of all, I have NEVER believed in psychic power before until I had my first psychic reading. It was so accurate and it completely shocked me. It was so scary.
I am just wondering if you had a psychic reading before? If so, was it accurate? do you believe in psychic power? thank you

Suggestion by KarBar
I’ve had two psychic readings before. They were both very accurate, just like you they shocked me. The one woman told me about my older brother & how his work situation was going to pan out, which it did, exactly as she’d said it would.
Another one actually felt the energy of my mom’s miscarriage which was a little boy..she told me he’s been with me since I was born, & he’s learning through me & he’ll come back as an old soul…
So I definitely believe in psychic power. Now I hope that they were both right when they said I’ll be meeting someone very important in April or May… (:

Suggestion by K.iCks Al_L DaY
Lily, great question. Yes i have had psychic readings. My family and I are very spiritual and are very intunded with the unknown. I never been a huge believer until some family members knew who my secret girl friend was haha. I do not believe there is such a person who can predict the future. But i do know of people who get vibes, some degree of visions. My intuition is based off of vibes and guy feelings. There is people who pratice tarot cards which is not god and even though they mean well, you do not know where the power is coming from. So yes to some extent readings are real. I believe vibes are very real which myself and others experience and generate. Remember, life is a mystery. There is no way us humans just eat, sleep and work. There is more to the naked eye than we know. Some people just have a gift of for sight than others…

Suggestion by buddyisin
I have had more than 5 readings and none of them were even near being true. I spent so many dollars getting the readings done and those psychics robbed me of my money.

Now I never opt for a psychic reading. To me, it’s useless.

A Psychic should be able to Tell you parts of Your past that only you know Your present situation. And your future Without you Even Saying anything. They should not start by asking you your Birth sign. And should tell you more than. Oh I see you have had a bad relationship in the past, Who the bloody well as not. Plus if they say I can see money problems its mainly they are telling you ,I am just about to rip you off. So if they can tell you something about your past that you only know, A situation that you are going through at present, and A future event that will happen a a couple of weeks not a couple of years.
And all is correct Then at least consider there for real. I hope that helps.

    Hello

Any psychic guidance is that a guide, you have to listen to your own heart & you will be fine.

However accurate a psychic is you still have to learn your own way via your own decisions.

you have to crack in egg inside a glass of water (half full or half empty however you choose to look at it) whist humming — if the egg rises in the water as a Sailboat, then it means you float with what the psychic told you… if the egg rises in a ying yang shape then you should definately ask her out on a date!

I would say 99.9% of the psychics you speak with over the phone are frauds, thats not to say I believe in psychics at all, or I endorse seeking their advice…
If you feel as though you believe in psychics and do wish to seek their advice, I would think it would be much better for you to actually see one in person, as they can connect with you on more levels, other than voice over a phone line, with hundred’s of miles between you.
I think that if the psychic did have anything important to say, you will know deep down inside…and if they told you to call back tomorrow…dont!
    Hope this helps

  6. Alicia January 30, 2012 at 8:46 pm #

No matter what the advice, you need to do what you feel is right.
Not what some floozy told you over the phone.

  7. hoser January 30, 2012 at 8:41 pm #

If they told you anything other than “you just got ripped off,” you can count on any accuracy being pure coincidence. Doesn’t the fact that they claim to be able to give reading over the phone, with no connection to you whatsoever, seem a little odd? It’s a scam.

  8. ladypamelaslair January 30, 2012 at 8:13 pm #

There is a site for you to check out of the predictions made by Nostradamus. I would say that his were they most accurate.

I saw a notice tied to a lamp-post on Percy Street in Newcastle upon Tyne a long time ago, and it said “There will be a spontaneous event behind Marks and Spencers at 2 pm on Saturday.” If that isn’t an accurate prophecy, what is?

  10. supertop January 30, 2012 at 7:23 pm #

Actually if they make a thousand predictions, some of them will probably be accurate, so they tell you about their accurate predictions but don’t tell you how many more they made that were way off.

I’m not sure but i have a cool story about one!
My mum was on the train about 5 years ago and she met this woman and out of boredom she let her give her a reading. She gave my mum some lottery numbers and said to her u have 4 children and my mum said no only 3, and the woman said no u really have 4, so my mum just dropped it thinking she was crazy. She played the lottery with the numbers and won 10 pounds then 3 weeks later she found out she was pregnant with my little brother (who’ll b 4 on Sunday), she was 39 years old with no plans for another, my dad had a vasectomy(obviously failed, lol) 5 years before! It was freaky as hell.

Hell no!!!! Stop giving your money away like that. I believe , demons contol certain psychics and supply them with knowlege about you to control you

  13. ALLEN F January 30, 2012 at 5:42 pm #

I’m a psychic and I’ll give you my answer. I do not believe any psychic can read your future. But a real psychic .can pick up a lot about current conditions that most peole can’t. Those things offer direction and allow for future intrepretations.

For example, if Syria and Israel line up tanks against each other across the Lebanese border, most people would predict a war and the odds are the prediction would be true.

But when you ask a psychic if you’ll marry this guy, the psychic can pick up subtle clues about the both of you that most people will miss. For example, the psychic might feel that the ardor of the guy toward you is considerably cooler than yours toward
him. With this feeling the psychic may tell you there will be no wedding. But this is a prediction of probabilty based on those perceptions and not really a glimpse of the future. If the guy decides it’s time for him to be married, and while he isn’t really nuts about you he likes you well enough, he may decide to ask for your hand.

The future is a moving target and the events of every moment have an effect on it. So let’s say the day after the psychic saw little chance of a wedding, the guy’s boss calls him in and tells him the company would like to move him up, but they prefer married men in upper echelon positions. The guy may propose that very day. And if you had seen the psychic that day instead of the day before, she might have sensed the shift and predicted you would be married.

I cannot detail for you how it all works. It is an art rather than a science. But this has become my view on prediction of the future.
And I believe that if you actively try to change your predicted future, you can. I do not believe the future is ordained.

If that is a disappointment for you, then don’t forget I could be wrong.

  14. darksphyx January 30, 2012 at 4:55 pm #

Yes, but most of them are fakes. The fake ones can get lucky or even fool you, by saying see I told you that was going to happen, it just came a little earlier then I foresaw.

  15. justbnme January 30, 2012 at 4:40 pm #

sometimes they are right, sometimes they are wrong.they get the answers from the devil and his demons.knowing that the devil lies,it can’t be trusted.god tells us to stay clear of these unclean practices as well.

  16. lalasnake January 30, 2012 at 4:35 pm #

It depends on the psychic. There are so many charlatans out there, that I think it would be better to learn how to divine your own future. That way you’re not giving your money to a potential fraud.

  17. thepsy5396 January 30, 2012 at 4:03 pm #

No. I totally and absolutely don’t believe that psychics are in a good source of future information.
I know this because I remember reading (I forget where) that psychics are actually pulling a psychological joke of sorts on you: you only remember what you want to remember. E.g. You want to hear that you will start a good relationship. You hang on to this fact. It rases your ego. You see someone who might be a good cantidate. You try your luck, and it works. Concidience? I don’t think so.
To have the same effect for cheap, try telling yourself what you want to hear. It’ll rase your ego, and whatever you tell yourself just might happen.
By the way, it’s the same trick that makes Friday the 13th so bad all the time: you expect something bad/eerie to happen, so when something eerie does happen, you remember it.

  18. thumper January 30, 2012 at 3:40 pm #

I will give you a reading. You are unsure about yourself and have unresolved issues. You need to quit procrastinating about some things in you life or they will come back to haunt you.(take care of those issues) You put to much stock in what other people say and you spend to much time on the Internet. This ones free

  19. shaznay January 30, 2012 at 2:43 pm #

definitely not. your wasting money. Only God knows what will happen in the future. Be patience and wait what God has something in store for you in the future. Reading the future is a mortal sin. The excitement will lost when you let a psychic read your future, what if its bad? what will you do? control it. Just be happy with your present life. be contented and ask for God’s guidance. pray!

  20. zephyr January 30, 2012 at 2:21 pm #

    no

  21. silenthavens January 30, 2012 at 1:22 pm #

I believe anyone could make educated predictions about the unfolding of the future with enough information. I also think that there may be some clairvoyant types that can possibly sense an impending circumstance of the near future my reading the energies of those concerned. But really, good, old-fashioned logic and common sense will get you through life a lot better than a psychic reading (especially if you are having to spend lots of excess money for it).

  22. plebes02 January 30, 2012 at 12:37 pm #

Never paid for one never will. If you have paid a lot of money for them though, maybe you can judge how accurate they are by your own experience.

  23. whynotaskdon January 30, 2012 at 12:36 pm #

Not at all. BUT WHEN they hit upon ANYTHING == our wishfull thinking minds dwellon it like it was just part of a long truth.

    They ae CROOKS!

  24. spamandham January 30, 2012 at 11:37 am #

No. It’s a bunch of BS just like all other religious/mystical crap.

  25. Allie January 30, 2012 at 11:26 am #

Yes but they are few and far between and don’t charge a lot of money for their gifts. A lot of people in the psychic profession are like spiritual prostitutes.
